Camping Fees.
Camping fees are posted at each campground. All camping fees are per vehicle per night and are subject to change without notice. Fees vary from $10.00 to $14.00 per day depending upon the facilities provided.
All County operated campgrounds will accommodate 30' RV's and most campsites will accommodate even the larger units. No showers or hook-ups are available at the County campgrounds. The elevation of each County operated campground is roughly 4,100 feet.
Camping Reservations.
Group camping reservations may be made for any of the county campgrounds. Individual camping reservations are accepted for Diaz Lake camping only. Please contact Diaz Lake for reservations at the lake at (760) 876-5656. Reservations for group camping at all other sites are made by contacting the office of Parks & Recreation.
- Download the Diaz Lake Reservation Form. The form must me downloaded and completed and mailed to the Lake along with the proper payment, see Diaz Lake Campground for more information. (Notice: All watercraft recreating on Diaz Lake will be subject to inspection for contamination of the Quagga and Zebra Mussels).
Senior Camping Permits:
Applies to those 55 years of age and older and disabled:
- 30 consecutive days = $110.00
- 15 consecutive days = $ 70.00
Group Camping Rate:
- 7 or more $2.00 per person
Park Reservations: Use the Special Event/Facility Use Agreement below to Reserve a County Park. Fax the completed form to 760-873-5599 or mail the completed form to 163 May St. Bishop, Ca. 93514
Parks Use Fees:
- Fee = $50.00 Day Use Fee ( For the Exclusive use of a County Park, i.e., Millpond Recreation Area, Lone Pine Park or Diaz Lake for an event whereby the public is charged an entrance fee or the event includes craft/beverage vendors the fee is $525.00 per day)
- Refundable Deposit = $150.00 ($250.00 if serving alcohol plus proof of insurance)

Boat Launch Fee:
(Applies to Diaz Lake motorized craft) NOTICE: All watercraft, included inflatable's, recreating on Diaz Lake will be subject to inspection for the Quagga Mussel.

- County resident $45.00
- Non-resident $110.00
