~Camping fees and rules are posted at each campground.
~The County Campgrounds are open all year-round. The lakes and streams are open only during fishing season.
~The Owens River and Diaz Lake are open for fishing all year-round. See the Diaz Lake information page for watercraft use restrictions.
~ All camping fees are for each camping vehicle and are subject to change without notice.
~ Fees vary from $10.00 to $14.00 per day depending on facilities provided.
~ Camping stay is limited to 15-days at any one campground in any six-week period.
~ A 30 day camping permit is available to people 55 years of age and older, or the disabled. Permits are available from a Park Ranger, or contact Inyo County Parks and Recreation.
~ All campgrounds will accommodate 30' RV's and most campspaces will accommodate even larger units.
~ Cell Phone service/reception is available in most County Campgrounds. Limited service at Pleasant Valley Campground.
~ Campfires are permitted in the designated areas of the campground. PLEASE be careful with your fires.
~ Use of firearms is PROHIBITED within all campgrounds.
~ No riding of off-road, motorcycles or ATV type vehicles within the Diaz Lake Campground. You may operate your OHV in all other County campgrounds, speed limit is under 5 mph within the campground. There is open riding space just beyond most County Campgrounds.
~ Pets are permitted within the County parks and campground unless posted otherwise, dogs must be kept on a leash. All Dogs shall have had a rabies shot within the last two years with evidence of such presented on request.
